Attendance Policy

Attendance as a general attendee at this event is typically reserved for government and government agency contractors, engineers, business and program managers, as well as cyber and satellite industry professionals. Vendors, service providers, and manufacturers are encouraged to register as a sponsor or exhibitor, which includes access to the general sessions and content provided during the program. If you are identified as a potential sponsoring/exhibiting company, you will be contacted by a member of our team regarding sponsorship and exhibiting opportunities.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made before October 1, 2017 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $300. Registrants who do not cancel prior to October 1, 2017 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment of non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference. Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Discounts will not be applied to current registrations. No refunds will be granted after October 1, 2017.

Substitution Policy

Registrations can be altered and edited up until the badge is printed. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made at any time for the confirmed registrants of the 2017 CyberSat Summit; however printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event. Notice of substitution must be made in writing by the original registrant to clientservices@accessintel.com. We look forward to seeing you at the event!
